Jessica Dene Earley-Cha
Google Developer Advocate for Google Assistant
Jessica Dene Earley-Cha is a Developer Advocate for Google Assistant. She loves to connect with developers and explore VUI (voice user interface) to add another dimension to how users interact with technology. Jessica is part of the leadership team for WomenInVoice@. You’ll find her either spending time with her dog, collecting strawberry knick knack or biking around town.
Geovana Garcia
Sr Voice Experience Designer T-mobile
Geovana is an interaction designer living in Seattle Washington. Originally from northern Mexico, she has helped design various voice interaction services for automobiles, mobile assistants, IVR systems and home devices in both English and Spanish. One of her goals and design principles is to reach for inclusive design and to push for innovation in familiarity and to find the happy medium between the user and technology.

Noelle Silver is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at NPR. She is an ambassador for Responsible and Ethical use of AI and she is passionate about Mindful Leadership, work-life harmony and empowering people achieve their potential through technology. She specializes in helping technical leaders successfully navigate cloud transformation and develop an AI and Voice Strategy by delivering keynotes, sessions and hackathons worldwide. She has spent decades as a trainer, architect, and evangelist for IBM, RedHat, EMC, Amazon and Microsoft. She has been awarded “Alexa Executive of the Year” and “Top Influencer in Voice” By Voicebot.ai as well as received an award from VentureBeat for her work mentoring women in the field of AI and Emerging Technology.

Wanda is a mission-driven Innovator, proven technical leader and Agile Evangelist with a deep focus in quality management as well as expertise in Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, AWS, SaaS, DevOps. As and experienced Agile Coach, She is an avid champion of large scale collaboration as a prime tool to meet aggressive deadlines. She is also a metrics and process optimization expert, with a rock-solid foundation of years of technical experience and leading voice teams at NPR.
